Getting started support
Getting started with Soteria can offer its own unique set of questions. We are here to get you started and to answer your questions as you complete the Soteria Access Request Form and use the various research tools within the Soteria enclave.
So we can provide you with the right answers to your questions, include a brief description of the problem along with any error messages. Remember, please DO NOT include any protected data including your account name.
To get answers to questions regarding:
- Accessing Soteria using the VPN, email the Controlled and Regulated Research Program team.
- Soteria HIPAA HPC, submit a ticket by completing the form.
- Posit Connect Health, email the team.
- Cyverse Health, email the CyVerse Health team.
General support questions can be directed to the general Soteria access email. Please include a brief description of the problem along with any error messages, but do not include any protected data including your account name.
Proposal Support
The Soteria Access & Governance Committee is a standing committee with the purpose of providing long-term management and oversight of Soteria. The committee members represent the Internal Review Board, HIPAA Privacy Office, University Information Technology Services, and University of Arizona Health Sciences.
To include the use of Soteria to support your proposals or to discuss your proposal, email a detailed description of your proposal and desired use of Soteria research tools at least two weeks prior to the submission deadline.
We can provide customized content for:
- Soteria Facilities document
- Data management plans
- Budgets
Currently, the use of many Soteria components is offered at no cost as it is underwritten by the UArizona Health Sciences Strategic Initiative 5.3.
